Why do you need to have a Tamrac Aero Speed Pack backpack?

Posted by on

Are you the tech-savvy guy who loves photography? Or are you the outdoorsy-type of person who loves to travel? How about a combination of these attributes, yes? If you are a hybrid of the tech-savvy and the outdoorsy, do you have the appropriate gear for all of your paraphernalia?

Like other casual bloggers in my niche, I had also experienced the hardship of choosing the perfect bag for my gadgets and other accessories when traveling. My previous camera sling bag was only capable of carrying my DSLR camera and other small accessories. My external flash can fit in if I’ll push the equipments further. My laptop has a separate bag—which is obviously another burden—so I often tend to leave it at home and prioritize the camera instead.

Prior to my recently concluded 5-day trip in Northern Samar, I browsed the Internet and looked for a bag that suits my travel blogging needs: comfort, quality, and reliability. I’m happy that I settled at Tamrac Aero Speed Pack 85 as it protected my gadgets from Capul’s unkind rain, San Isidro’s skin-burning heat, and Mapanas’ dusty, rough road. Another good—no, great—thing about this bag is that it caused no harm to my equipments when we got involved in a motorcycle accident—which I discussed in a separate blog post— while on our way to Catubig.

Tamrac Aero Speed Pack 85 is a dual access photo/laptop backpack that holds and protects a DSLR with grip and lens attached, 2-3 additional lenses, accessories and most 17” screen laptop computers. Dual Access System has a side door that zips open for fast access to camera gear while on the move. Double zipper pulls for quick access.

Equipments can also be accessed through the front door. It has a separate laptop compartment with water-resistant zipper that is completely foam-padded and provides quick access to your laptop without disturbing your photo gear. Large top compartment holds lunch, a light jacket, or other personal items. Inside, foam-padded, plastic-reinforced pillars support camera with lens attached and ready for action. The mesh pockets inside the top hold chargers, cords, and other accessories.

The main camera compartment and adjustable dividers are completely foam padded with thick, closed-cell foam. The lash tabs found at the bottom can be used in carrying a tripod but it requires accessory straps. The comfortable, foam-padded backpack harness is contoured to spread the weight across the shoulders. Tamrac’s harness features Strap Accessory System attachment slots. There is also a weather flap and zipper closure for security and weather protection. Mesh side pocket holds accessories or a water bottle. The plastic platform in bottom is foam-padded for shock protection.
